Shipping

We ship across the United States from our own packing facility. Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

• Flat rate shipping: $6.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders over $75
• Typical delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns

If something is not right for your game, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

• Product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• Email support@threepointgods.store with your order number to start a return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will make it right at no cost to you.
