How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused product in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
What size basketball should I buy?
Size 7 (29.5″) is the standard men’s and high-school-and-up ball. Size 6 (28.5″) is standard for women’s play. Size 5 (27.5″) is the youth ball for younger players.
Indoor or outdoor ball?
Composite leather indoor balls give the best grip and feel on hardwood but wear quickly on asphalt. If you play outside at all, choose the rubber outdoor ball.
How do I care for my gear?
Wash apparel cold and hang dry to protect the compression fibres. Wipe balls down after outdoor sessions. Store rollers and massage devices away from direct heat.
